STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
If you have cracks in your floors or walls, and water is entering through them, we can address those as well. If you have a system installed we can join the crack solution to the perimeter system. If you're not having a full system installed, we will offer alternatives. If you have bowed wall(s) we can reinforce them.
CERTIFIED MOLD REMEDIATION
We are both certified and experienced in mold remediation, which is the removal and elimination of mold growth. If you have found mold, you are probably worried, and we understand. When we arrive at your house the first thing we will do is determine what the reason is for the mold growth. After that we will give you a written detailed report of the necessary steps to successfully remove the mold and eliminate the cause of the growth. Don't let anyone tell you they guarantee mold will never grow again, if they haven't found the absolute reason it started.
If you haven't found mold but suspect there is mold growth because there is a funny smell or family members have been having alot of sickness, call us. Sometimes we find mold where homeowners can't.
