MOLD REMEDIATION
WARRANTY

Mold growth is a hard thing to warrant, however, we will warrant that you will not have a future problem with mold growth, as long as you follow our recommendations that have been outlined for you. As long as our steps have been followed and there is not a "new event" that triggered a new mold situation, we will address the situation for you at our cost. (By the way, we have never seen mold return.)

Before we begin your project, we will determine the most likely causes and remedies, to your mold problem. This is a crucial step to mold remediation. Without addressing the issue that created the mold, we know it will grow again. Once the source has been determined, we will provide a plan to correct that situation. It may be something that we can correct, or you may have to hire outside contractors.

Once the source of moisture is corrected, along with the other tips that are required to sustain a moisture controlled environment, we know you won't have a mold problem again in the area that we have remediated. The only reason there would be a future mold problem is if the source of the original problem returned or there were an event such as, flooding, pipe leak, dishwasher or washer overflow, toilet overflow, etc. Even with these events, if the moisture is remedied quickly within 24 to 48 hours, mold could be avoided.
